Jess is a strategic communications and public relations professional with over a decade of experience working across healthcare, advocacy and mission-driven organizations serving both B2C and B2B audiences. Prior to joining Forefront Communications as an Account Manager, Jess served as a Strategic Communications Manager at Crosscut Strategies, where she partnered with healthcare providers, health tech companies and associations to strengthen brand messaging, media relations and public affairs efforts. Jess holds a B.A. in English and Political Science from Boston University as well as an M.A. in Media and Strategic Communications from George Washington University.

I prefer text, but I’m not afraid to pick up the phone either. I personally have found phone calls to be a great way to stay in touch with long-distance friends.

My hot take is that Outlook should be banned. Gmail is the way to go!
