Trillium

Spotlighting a proprietary trading firm’s advanced analytics, sophisticated technology and collaborative culture to recruit the next generation of traders.

The Challenge

Trillium, a well-established proprietary trading firm, needed to close the gap between its active internal culture and understated external brand. To attract top undergraduate talent and tell its story more effectively, Trillium engaged Forefront to revamp its public identity, refresh its website and better showcase what makes the firm an ideal career destination.

The Strategy

We positioned Trillium as a nurturing, high-performance training ground – not just a trading firm. Messaging emphasized their commitment to providing traders with capital, technology, mentorship and a path for growth. That narrative underpinned a distinct visual identity and tone that balanced stability with energy.

The Execution

We delivered a modern, media-rich website combining copy, design, video and interactivity to bring the new brand to life. The copy reinforces Trillium’s core messages, with a “The Path” page mapping the progression from internship to lead trader and a “The Traders” section featuring interviews and visuals that showcase real faces and stories. The site encourages prospective talent to imagine themselves building their career at the firm. Once the website was live, we worked with Trillium to define a modern social media strategy.

“The Forefront team was A-plus the entire time, met all deadlines and milestones that were outlined from the outset and was very easy to work with.”

— Lee Maschler, Founder & CEO

The Impact

In the two years following launch, Trillium more than tripled its annual college applicant pool. The stronger brand and thoughtful social strategy made a tangible difference in recruiting access to early-career trading talent.

"In the two years since unveiling our new brand and website, we’ve more than tripled the number of annual college applicants to the firm. Our new brand and supporting social strategy have had a tremendous impact on our business."

— Ben Baller, MD & Head of Trading
