As competition for engineering and trading talent intensified, Tower recognized the need to project its identity more clearly and purposefully.

Forefront helped distill Tower’s edge into a unified narrative: a collaborative culture of high-performance teams, backed by deep technology and shared purpose. That messaging backbone informed a brand identity, website redesign and ongoing communications designed to reflect both expertise and culture.
The Execution
We introduced the tagline “Many Teams, One Home” to capture Tower’s structure: autonomous research pods within a collaborative environment and results-based culture. This theme shaped a modern, photo-rich website with clear navigation across Tower’s four business lines: Quantitative Trading, Core Engineering, Liquidity Provision and Ventures. We added a dynamic “What’s New” section to spotlight media coverage, blogs and updates. Today, Forefront continues to serve as Tower’s marketing partner, managing content, PR, social and site maintenance to ensure the brand remains fresh and compelling.
The Impact
With brand and messaging aligned, Tower now speaks with clarity – internally and externally. The refreshed site and ongoing communications support talent acquisition, reinforce culture and help Tower claim space in the public conversation about elite trading firms.
