Building Change Together: Forefront’s 2025 CSR in Action

At Forefront, we strive to make a positive impact on our communities. Our corporate social responsibility (CSR) program continues to grow alongside our firm, driven by causes that reflect our team’s shared values of compassion, collaboration and accountability. In 2025, those values came to life through hands-on service, employee-led initiatives and longstanding partnerships that connect us to the world beyond finance.

This year’s efforts underscored a basic truth: meaningful change doesn’t require massive gestures, just consistent action and care for others. From local hunger relief to animal rescue and autism research, our team once again showed that purpose and professionalism aren’t mutually exclusive – and that collective effort can lead to real results.

One Sandwich at a Time

We began the year by getting back to basics – lending our time and hands to fight food insecurity through One Sandwich at a Time, a New York-based nonprofit that brings people together to prepare and distribute sandwiches to those in need.

Our team turned our conference room into an assembly line of peanut butter, jelly and teamwork. In a single afternoon, we packed hundreds of meals for local shelters and organizations supporting underserved New Yorkers. The initiative was a reminder that small acts, multiplied by many, can have a profound impact.

Serving with The Bowery Mission

In the spring, we returned to The Bowery Mission for a second consecutive year. Known for its decades-long service to New Yorkers experiencing homelessness and hunger, The Bowery Mission provides daily meals, shelter and life-changing resources to those in need.

Forefront’s volunteers spent the afternoon and evening preparing and serving dinner, greeting guests and learning about The Bowery Mission’s work. The experience reaffirmed why we continue to partner with the organization year after year – not only to give back, but to remind ourselves of the importance of empathy and consistency in how we serve our community.

Passion Meets Purpose

As the year continued, our CSR efforts evolved to highlight some of the personal passions of our team members – and how those passions can spark collective action.

In October, Forefront proudly sponsored The Art of Rescue: Badass Bash, the annual gala supporting Badass Animal Rescue, a nonprofit that saves and rehabilitates dogs from high-kill shelters. The cause was championed by our own Amanda Perrucci, who serves on the organization’s development committee and has long been involved in animal welfare causes.

Her leadership reflected the heart of Forefront’s CSR philosophy: when individuals care deeply, the whole team rallies behind them.

Later in the fall, Forefront joined industry peers once again at Wall Street Rides FAR, a cornerstone event in the financial community that raises funds for the Autism Science Foundation. Forefront Managing Partner Mark Dowd sits on the organization’s board, and our company has been a proud supporter for many years. Mark represented the firm at this year’s ride, which raised nearly $1 million – bringing the event’s lifetime total to more than $7 million. It was a powerful reminder that when the industry comes together, it can drive real and measurable progress.

A Year of Impact, A Culture of Care

Each of these initiatives – from preparing sandwiches to sponsoring industry fundraisers – represents a piece of what makes Forefront’s culture unique. Our team shows up, not just for clients and colleagues, but for causes that matter.

As we look to 2026, that spirit of service remains at the center of who we are. Whether we’re volunteering in our local community, amplifying employee passions or partnering with organizations that align with our values, Forefront will continue building change together – one act, one event, one connection or one sandwich at a time.
