We’re currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated marcomms professional to join us in a senior account management role. Reporting into our Head of Account Management, this role will develop and oversee the integrated marketing and communications efforts delivered by our media relations, content and digital teams on multiple client accounts, nearly all of whom will have highly technical businesses.

Excellent client management and communication skills are a requirement, as is a deep understanding of how modern financial market participants leverage a broad range of integrated marcomms programs such as brand, PR, content, and digital and traditional marketing to meet their business goals. The ability to work at “agency pace” is a must, as is adherence to our strict “no jerks” policy.

This is a full-time position that includes a full benefits package and a great work environment that balances the flexibility and productivity of remote work with the cohesiveness and collaboration that comes from being together as a team (2x/week in our Flatiron District office, 3x/week WFH option).

DETAILS

  • Developing and overseeing integrated marketing and communications programs to ensure pre-defined quarterly deliverables are met.
  • Managing overall client relationships, with a particular focus on goal setting and bi-annual strategic reviews.
    Leading new account onboards and kickoffs.
  • Assistance on program execution when needed.
  • Looking for opportunities to identify marketing/PR synergies between clients
  • Finding ways to sell additional projects and services to existing clients
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with client prospects, assisting in new business pitching when necessary.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in capital markets/fintech marketing or communications.
  • Deep understanding of how the capital markets operate and the ability to quickly get up to speed on our clients’ businesses.
  • Knowledge of all marketing and communications disciplines and how they should be leveraged.
  • Excellent writer and editor, as the role will include ultimate responsibility for the work created by our media relations, content and digital teams.
  • Superior interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
  • Digital literacy and the ability to leverage new AI tools for efficiency gains.
  • Proven social media savvy (LinkedIn primarily).
