Forefront Communications

open role

Senior Account Executive, PR

Forefront Communications is currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated public relations specialist to join our rapidly growing agency. Candidates must have 3-4+ years of corporate communications experience in the capital markets, fintech or digital asset sectors.

Deep media and industry analyst relationships are a requirement, as is the ability to work at “agency pace.” Experience with and understanding of a broad range of marcomms programs beyond PR, including stakeholder communications, thought leadership, digital marketing and social media, is a big plus.

Forefront is the go-to marketing and communications partner for fintech and capital markets firms. Part PR, part content, part digital marketing and part design, we work with many of the best-known firms in the industry, employing a methodology that separates our clients from the pack and drives meaningful business results. We are extremely proud of the work we do and culture we’ve built, which has led to us being named a Top Boutique PR Agency by Insider, a member of Observer’s prestigious Financial PR Honor Roll, one of PR Week’s Best Places to Work and, most recently, Agency of the Year at 2025 FinTech Marketing North America Awards.

This is a full-time position that includes a full benefits package and a great work environment that balances the flexibility and productivity of remote work with the cohesiveness and collaboration that comes from being together as a team (2x/week in our Flatiron District office, 3x/week WFH option). Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $70-90k (depending on experience) and participation in Forefront’s profit-sharing program.
