Integrity Research: Analyst Hub Adds New TMT Research Boutique LightShed Partners

Analyst Hub, a New York-based independent “research infrastructure as a service” platform, recently announced that LightShed Partners, a research boutique focused on technology, media and telecommunications stocks, was launched a few days ago – marking the third new IRP that has joined the Analyst Hub platform within the past month.

Newest Research Firm Launched

LightShed Partners is a tiered subscription research business delivering thought-leading, independent, thematic research focused on both public and private companies in the TMT sectors worldwide to institutional investors.  LightShed founding partners Richard Greenfield, Walter Piecyk and Brandon Ross each have more than 20 years of experience providing research and analysis of the TMT industry, and they previously worked together for over a decade at BTIG.

Richard Greenfield commented on the firm’s genesis, “LightShed is the culmination of our team’s decades of work analyzing the tectonic shifts in TMT, from the earliest stage startups to publicly-traded industry behemoths. We have always pushed boundaries in our research and this new enterprise will allow us to be even more creative in helping our clients identify trends ahead of the broader market.”

LightShed has formed a strategic relationship with KKR – a founding client of the firm. KKR is an experienced TMT investor that has deployed $26 billion in TMT transactions since 1983, the company said. KKR intends to work closely with LightShed’s founders as they build their next-generation research platform for TMT investors globally.
